Return Policy
We are proud of our Seventh Generation collection and want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. All Seventh Generation products are guaranteed.
If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will gladly provide a merchandise refund for your order within 30 days of receipt. If you have ordered incorrectly or are not happy with your purchase, please follow the Return/Exchange instructions below.
Return/Exchange Instructions:
Returns are easy. You can return the merchandise through the mail for a refund or replacement. To make a return by mail, just complete the Return Form attached to the invoice that you received with your merchandise. Simply indicate the reason for return and the action to be taken, such as replacement or refund. Place the Return Form in the box with your merchandise.
