Order Confirmation Number
Upon completing your order you will receive a confirmation number. Please save your order confirmation number and refer to it if you need to contact a Customer Service Representative.
Processing an Order
Your order of in stock merchandise will generally arrive in 7 to 10 days, unless you have selected Express delivery. We will notify you if any item cannot be shipped within 30 days and you will be given the option to cancel your order. Orders received over the weekend and on holidays will be processed the following business day.
How to Change Your Order
Seventh Generation processes your orders quickly. If you find that you have made an incorrect order, please notify us immediately by sending an e-mail to seventhgenorder@catalystdesignvt.com. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to correct it. However, if the product has already been shipped, we will be unable to change any portion of your order.
